The restaurant at this place is lovely with delicious food and a traditional feel, we both enjoyed our meals; the location is peaceful and within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit.

The hotel was fairly large and facilities were clean, it had peaceful and perfect location short walk to neuschwanstein castle, beautiful Plansee and the train station. Comfort double room was luxury and spotless had down pillows.

Luxury room, beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Exceptionally comfortable bed, pleasant personnel especially at check-out. Very quick check-in, parking on site.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable and the views from the suite were fantastic. We went to the restaurant for dinner and the food was superb.

Breakfast was not quite to our expectations, with limited service and food options.

The rooms are very clean, the staff is extremely attentive, and the breakfast offers a good variety of quality food.

I loved this gorgeous place, stayed there for 3 nights. the staff was very nice, super friendly all the time. - the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, a huge variety of brilliant food. - the location was good and beautiful because it was not far from Reutte which is about half a mile away and mountains and beautiful Plansee.

The location is nicely situated for jaunts to Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castles (only 15 and 30 minutes away, including stopping time to gawk at mountains and lakes), as well as sites around Garmisch, but at a 25% discount to the prices of the other areas (at the time I went). I rarely eat at hotel restaurants, but did on both evenings we were there. Entrees for 12-14 euro are quite delicious, and well-filling. Guests tended to be more family/older, but as a dinner/sleeping spot, excellent.

Very nice personal, good breakfast buffet, wonderful mountain landscape. The hotel is close to the famous attractions like the castle Neuschwanstein, what was actually the target of our visit. Next time we'll probably stay over there as well. Thanks!

Great location for exploring Reutte. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, work desk, and TV in the room. - Central heating. - Delicious breakfasts offered. - Hotel has a good restaurant.

Friendly, English-speaking staff and tasty, varied buffet breakfast.

There was no elevator. Description said Internet use was free. However, it was free for only one hour and after that it cost 4 euro per hour. Evening meal at the restaurant was pricey. Location was fine for auto but not for walking to Reutte center or train/bus station.

Double room extremely comfortable and cosy. Same satisfaction for bathroom. Breakfast could not have been better. Fully satisfied and for sure I would suggest it to anyone looking for a stay at an honest price.

It is not a complaint but only a suggestion: set the satellite tv to have also some English channels such as bbc or cnn
